How do I apply to become a mentor on Chats Coco?

Click "Become a Mentor" on the homepage, fill in your profile and areas of expertise, and our team will review your application within 48 hours. Approved mentors receive an onboarding kit and access to the mentor dashboard immediately.
How and when do mentors get paid?

Mentors are paid every Friday via secure bank transfer or UPI. Your weekly earnings are calculated based on total chat minutes at your set rate. There are no hidden deductions — what you see in the dashboard is what you receive.
Is my identity kept private during chat sessions?

Yes, absolutely. Both mentors and users interact through anonymous IDs by default. No personal information is shared unless you explicitly choose to do so. All conversations are end-to-end encrypted and never stored beyond 30 days.
What if I encounter a problem during a session?

You can flag any session in real-time using the in-app safety button. Our moderation team monitors all reports 24/7 and responds within minutes. Sessions can be ended at any time, and our Trust & Safety team will follow up within 1 hour.
Does Chats Coco use any AI in its mentorship sessions?

Never. Every mentor on Chats Coco is a verified human being. We do not use AI chatbots, AI-assist tools, or any form of automated responses within live sessions. This is our core promise and something we will never compromise on.
Can I use Chats Coco from outside India?

Yes! Chats Coco is available in 40+ countries. Users can access mentors globally and pay in their local currency. Mentors outside India can receive payments via international bank transfers (SWIFT) or PayPal.
